Following cross referecing with known sources, it was found to be highly likely to be the Noadi tyrants, with pseudoabjadal characters spelling BMBʔ LSYLS GʔD BMBʔ PTN WFʔMBʔ GʔD RFD RTʔDW FʔʔSM BMBʔ.
