On 19-12 19 PC the Foreign Examiner released evidence alleging that a large number of letters between government officials of Akaria and Haute eee were being prevented from leaving Akaria. Harakar Oken saw this as why Cok Ulri didn't come to his father's funeral and began planning Operation Rock Storm to push the CNN out of Haute eee.
