The TSF is a Tieteran extra-governmental agency solely under the jurisdiction of the Tieteran Royal Family. It is always written as an initialism, despite the requirements against such usage mandated by the 8 PC Statute to Halt Obfuscatory Reductive Terminology. This is because the agency is outside of the control of the Tieteran Government.
