Unannounced, four TCP (T'vaqi Coastal Patrol) scouting ships and one TCP defense vessel begin patrolling the waters around Kalam in a roughly elliptical path. No outward display of hostility is made.
Uma Genktsenk has the Oksa-K passively tail the TCP for several hours before retreating

66 PC

An identical pattern of TCP ships is sent to begin patrolling the waters around La Rossa. Save for weekly retreats back to T'vaqi for supplies, the ships patrolling Kalam have not left or changed formation.
Kalam contacts Walstanland about defending Kalami trade ships from T'vaqi forces
A military recruitment push by the Rossan government sees a series of radiovized ads calling for volunteers to help protect La Rossa's and the HoL's maritime borders from threats. Although the ads mostly display imagery of pirates such as the Qoeul-Bo Hrnad, the campaign comes following weeks of coverage of T'vaqi ships near the coastline, leading many to draw connections between the two.
The Walstan Royal Navy and government has made a statement calling upon Kalam and T`vaqi to leave each others water citing the previous treaty they made to protect Kalam's shipping lines and the possible implications of further escalation. They have also suggested they would be willing to use force to see the situation settled.
Kalam argues that the only one who needs to leave the other's waters is T'vaqi, who have imposed themselves upon neutral trade routes. Threats are made in the hypothetical that T'vaqi ships do not retreat soon
Modhes Temple issues a statement denouncing T'vaqi's operation in Luminant waters, threatens to flay Q'so alive

TCP vessels remain in position. All crew members on board are ordered to stand ready.
Rossan soldiers are ordered to board the T'vaqi vessels and arrest the men on board.

Modhes Temple ratifies the statements of the captain of the YBS Mukutlali, though also puts a Delayed Bull for his sacking for insubordination (to go into effect after the end of the war)
Ketwa Anoa'oa declares the blood of hostiles will be completely free of charge

Qoeul-bo Hrnad begin rapidly evacuating T'vaqi
Rossan shipbuilding efforts given priority as attempts to construct a new generation of warships speeds up. Seized T'vaqi vessels are safeguarded under military protection, but their use in the conflict will be considered if it prolongs. Engineers are given free reign to study the designs, however.
Modhes Millitaria Ethics Board ratifies use of the Eidh-Bzoranguits, the living weapons, in combat.
Two syetin are deployed for defensive use, one on the mainland and one in Liaia, the remaining units are prepped for potential offensive campaigns
250 TCP footsoldiers and 500 naval soldiers are moved to Vritona as emergency troops and potential liaisons for Eastern Ocean military support.

"OUTRAGE!" reads the front page of the most recent Wavelength publication, released as the initial frenzy begins to die down. The newspaper takes a surprisingly neutral stance on the recently-declared war, though its opinion articles become the subject of much controversy. About 40% of the population supports the war.
Ketwa Anoa'oa declares no interest in "Another waste of time and money", decides the army's position in the war shall remain defensive until signs of enemy offense "My priority is to preserve the safety of our nation, I will not send good men to poach families across the sea, this conflict will remain naval."
RIFIS requests T'vaqi designs in offer to double stockpile of arms and ammo. Do not mention manufacturer.

"For the greater good," Adisa Aram notes along with a shipment of blueprints for T'vaqi blinding rifles. Gmr. Q'so and Gmr. Pili remain yet unaware of deals with Walstanland or RIFIS.

Spies in La Rossa from Walstanland begin observing wartime efforts and gather intelligence

A weaponized version of the Fogmaker is hastily developed. Each TCP vessel not already on patrol is equipped with a Fogmaker, grafted in place next to sonic obstruction devices.
As no engagements between HoL and T'vaqi troops are reported in days, the heightened state of military alterness is used to thoroughly patrol HoL waters and the associated trade lines. Minor engagements with Qoeul-bo pirates are reported.
The Rossan military recruitment campaign ramps up, offering exclusive benefits (including university scholarships, increased pensions, etc.) in exchange for military service, whether in armed duty or engineering.
The SDMA tightens its control over illegal substance consumption, beginning a mass-arrest campaign that imprisons a disproportionate amount of Rossan, Kalami, and Deysachni immigrants.
The Ayatollan Synod votes on the categorization of the T'vaqii religion, finding it to be Mn'krapanti. Modhes Temple declares a holy war on T'vaqi, on top of the previous declaration of war.

Gmr. Pili on the Synod's recent ruling: "Surely the hypocrisy here cannot go unnoticed. Should we be the despots they claim us to be, they are certainly no better."
Modhes Temple clarifies that the title of Mn'krapanti does not designate a despot, which the Grand Magisters unrelatedly are, but a heretic, and enemy of the world. Modhes Temple also declares Gmr. Q'so to be an Enemy of Humanity

Kalami villages organize vigil for prisoners of war
An improvised explosive planted in an office filing cabinet kills Magister Arqo Toq, Main Executive of the Qoqo candy company. His body is found headless the next morning. The symbol of the Modhesian Army is scrawled on one of the office's walls in coal-chalk, marking the first public attack from the group since 55 PC.
A hijacked TCP scouting vessel bearing a crudely-painted symbol of the Modhesian Army flags down the YBS Mukutlali, requesting a verbal exchange between the captains of the two ships.

The YBS Mukutlali accepts their transmission
A hoarse-sounding T'vaqi man claims to have acquired the head of a Magister, and demands payment for himself and his crew. One of his accomplices hoists an ice-filled crate into view of the Mukutlali.
The Mukutlali gives permission for them to board.
Two men board. The crate, containing the somewhat preserved head of Magister Arqo Toq, is set down on the deck. The men ask for their payment.
The captain of the Mukutlali grins and gives them each a writ for 100,000 Dru'ul.

Modhes Millitaria announces endorsement of Modhesian Army, takes credit for the founding of the organization, announces that the army will be given dominion over all conquered land.
The Walstan Finance Cartel and other finance/banking organizations in Walstanland have opened up more to foreign currency. They have also started to let other nations and individuals purchase bonds and stocks in weapons manufacturing as well as giving out loans and credit. This seems to be mainly aimed at nations in the HoL who are now engaged in conflict.

WATC purchase small walstan shell company

Government of La Rossa agrees to invest 512 million argottos over the course of 3 years into Walsten weapons manufacturing in order to bolster Rossan military as part of modernization effort.
Modhes Millitaria pulls out of the war in Casea to focus on the war in T'vaqi. They leave behind a message saying they'll rejoin if one of the sides converts.
Dux Marone announces a more widespread militaristic campaign against foreign vessels in HoL waters. "T'vaqi is just one of many enemies that endanger our waters, our lands and our ships." Ships suspected to belong to the Qoeul-bo Hrnad are ordered to be boarded and searched, with orders to shoot to sink if resistance is met.
Gmr. Adisa Aram, unable to promote an end to the war internally, turns to the public. She makes speeches in all of T'vaqi's major cities advocating for an immediate recall of all military ships on either side of the conflict. "We are lucky enough that no battles have transpired," she says, "the loss of more innocent lives will fix nothing." The speeches prove most successful in A'shara and Thono, and least effective in the inland city of Vir Alo. Approximately 34% of the nation's population supports the war.

Modhes Temple offers for T'vaqi to completely surrender
Rather unsurprisingly, no surrender is made.

Two TCP scouting vessels and one TCP defense vessel are hijacked by the Modhesian Army in broad daylight, resulting in a brief skirmish between the Army and TCP naval soldiers present. One hijacked scouting vessel is sunk, killing all Modhesian Army members on board. The other hijacked ships retreat immediately, heading east. No TCP soldiers die in the encounter, though one vessel sustains damage to the hull.
Puengtifekh Owdrvs gives televised speech reiterating the pointlessness of the current war, this time very specifically outlining how it is is a poor immitation of the Niueyjar war, and critizing what he calls "a pattern of hasty thinking and gloryseeking unbefitting supposed wisemen". He gives slight credit to "the warmongerers" for ending the war in Casea, only to then embark on a harsh critique of the Casean war, coining the term "Vanity War" to describe conflicts the temple has no business in other than to make appearances. The speech makes him unpopular among the priesthood, but it resonates with an increasingly war-fatigued youth.
As the military campaign in the HoL waters continues, construction deadlines for military equipment and vessels have been moved forward by several months, with production ordered to be sped up. (La Rossa)
During a routine patrol, the 055Apo'aTCPDV unexpectedly catches fire, igniting flammable gases within the engine and subsequently sinking the ship. The sole survivor of the event, a TCP naval captain, claims to have seen ships of Rossan design in nearby waters only minutes before the incident occurred. Newspapers are keen to pick up on this fact, quickly sensationalizing the event and claiming it to be a deliberate attack from the Rossan navy, and possibly the House of Light as a whole.

The sinking of the 055Apo'aTCPDV is investigated and found to have occurred as the result of a mechanical malfunction in the ship’s engine.

The Government of La Rossa publicly denies the attack, citing it as a T'vaqi false flag operation.
Govt. of Hapšâw affirms it's position in T'vaqi conflict as neutral.
The Government of Walstanland says that T'vaqi and La Rossa should not so hastily accuse each other and that work should be continued for peace in the region.
Modhes Millitaria takes credit for the sinking of the 055Apo'aTCPDV, as well as several other ships, some of which have yet to sink.

Tiya Kena criticizes military funding into foreign wars, also commends negotiation efforts from Walstanland
20 dead and 36 injured in a Modhesian Army attack on a Mholos bank. Among the attack’s victims are High Priests Mana'oa Hisal (killed) and Niom Qhori (injured).

After reevaluating the group’s recent terror attacks, the Modhesian Army is deemed a medium-level domestic threat by the Grand Council.
Modhes Temple congratulates the MA and declares that Mholos will be renamed Mhothi'los

Agents from the Walstanland State Police Union secretly reach out to T'vaqi offering aid in domestic intelligence and anti-terrorist training

The Grand Council votes on whether to accept Walsten aid. The vote passes 2-1 with Gmr. Aram and Gmr. Pili in favor.
Agents and Advisors are sent to help T'vaqi

Modhes Temple sends message to Kalam, La Rossa, The WATC, and Utlia, asking how it is T'vaqi should be split when the war is fought. Modhes Temple states they desire the south coast, including A'shana and Thono. They are however willing to part with A'shara, so long as whoever owns Mholos name it to Mhothilos

Areen Leshen responds with a small request of a northern port city and maybe some coast "Since the boys would love that!"
WATC requests the industrial areas and manufactories as well as access to any intellectual property, designs etc. captured

Modhes Temple informs the WATC that all of t'vaqi is an industrial area
WATC ask what it will take to gain the entire island

WATC responds that they very well could. Otherwise their request for factories, designs and schematics withholds

La Rossa responds that T'vaqi should not be split, it has strong political foundations that can be guided under a joint HoL administration.
Kalam responds that they are not interested in colonizing

A graffiti with the message "I did not vote for war" appears across the walls of the City Hall in Lorma. La Rossa has seen 6,000 voluntary recruits this year.
A group of about 50 volunteers made up of Walstanland immigrants apply to join the La Rossan Army

The volunteers are accepted and enlisted as soldatos.

Public outcry (relating to the sinking of that ship from earlier) reaches the government. Tens of thousands of civilians call for a direct attack on La Rossa and Deysachin, as do several Magisters. Approximately 52% of the population supports the war.

Modhes Temple begins plans for land invasion of T'vaqi
Gmr. Q'so scraps 40th draft for the perfect naval warfare plan, starts anew once again.
With the help of Walsten agents, the TCP has successfully anticipated and prevented three terror attacks from the Modhesian Army, one of which was an attempted collapse of Tomo Tower.
The Threat Prevention Agency (TPA), an organization specializing in the mitigation of domestic terrorism, is established. Magister Noto Shaviq is announced as the leader of the Agency. Though it is an Independent Agency, the TPA will nonetheless function with heavy government oversight.

Herrich Baur of Walstanland is appointed as joint leader of the Threat Prevention Agency. Walsten aid in the establishment of the Agency remains undisclosed.

The Dux of La Rossa announces that the smaller vessels seized from T'vaqi will be used to bolster security efforts. He promises the vessels only be returned in the case of T'vaqi surrender. The boats are given a new coat of paint to identify them as Rossan.
Modhes Temple faxes the ragebait map to the same islands as before

La Rossa maintains that T'vaqi will not be split. Once its leadership is disposed of, it continues to hold a right to self-determination.
Modhes Temple guarentees that La Rossa's segment will not be split.

Insi Q'so challenges the AoK to a naval duel over the IGRS.

The location of the duel is pinpointed to the sea north of Nongba. The TCP declares that both parties will be given exactly a month to prepare two fully crewed ships for battle. No firearms, artillery, or gunpowder will be allowed. Foreign aid during the duel is prohibited. The exact coordinates, known only to Gmr. Q'so himself, are mailed to the AoK.
The TCP begins preparing the 199MhisoTCPDV and 200VrisoTCPDV for combat in the upcoming skirmish.
Ketwa Anoa'oa declares wish for the terms of the duel to be established; he says he is willing to surrender if his side loses, but if he emerges victorious he expects exclusive cooperation from T'vaqi with Kalam
Q'so reluctantly accepts these terms.
The AoK suddenly announces their duel with T'vaqi and it's associated terms one week before it takes place.
The duel takes place. Neither side breaks any established rules. The Kalami 3-MS-3 and 3-MS-4 are sunk, and the 200VrisoTCPDV floods with water not long after. The 199MhisoTCPDV is the only ship left standing after the skirmish, resulting in a T'vaqi victory.

Ketwa formally declares no more offensive intent upon T'vaqi after the duel. His declaration of war is also lifted.
Gmr. Q'so issues a public statement boasting about the strength of the TCP: "Let this duel be a lesson to our enemies. Follow in your ally's footsteps or crumble under the might of our navy."
Modhes Millitaria tells Ketwa to get back in the waters, the war's not over.

The Rossan ironclad N.R. Il Campanaro is seen orbiting around T'vaqi waters, backed by a fleet of smaller vessels, some of T'vaqi origin.
Multiple scouting vessels pick up on the presence of the N.R. Il Campanaro through scatterbeams. All quickly shroud themselves in gray fog shortly after and begin returning to the mainland.
Dux Marone announces that La Rossa will unilaterally be placing sanctions on the Nation of T'vaqi. Trade between T'vaqi and Rossan companies remains forbidden until further notice. All ships entering and leaving T'vaqi waters regardless of destination will be searched and treated as under suspicion of belonging to a criminal enterprise.
T'vaqi immigration to Spyron sees a significant uptick. Due to the presence of a hostile Rossan and Deysachni naval force concentrated south of the island, most other islands are dangerous to travel to. Unmarked boats in N'isi depart carrying immigrants en masse.
Modhes Temple faxes the ragebait map again but with Kalam's portion removed

La Rossa maintains its position that the island of T'vaqi will not be split.

Modhes Temple affirms that neither of La Rossa's alloted territories on the island of T'vaqi will be split

WATC once again asks that they simply get ownership of all the factories and captured intelligence and designs

Modhes Temple assures the WATC their alloted segment is rich with factories, raises question to others how they feel about the WATC having access to the factories in Heathen State I

Areen Leshen approves

After Rossan ships continuously impede trade between T'vaqi and groups unaffiliated with the ongoing war (mainly Hapšâw), three TCP defense vessels are ordered to swarm the N.R. Il Campanaro.

Following an exchange of fire, the Rossan ironclad N.R. Il Campanaro fatally struck a T'vaqi defense vessel, sinking it into the ocean following compartment flooding. Another vessel was damaged in the fire. 43 sailors have been rescued from the sea and taken as prisoners of war. The Rossan vessel has sustained minor damage, but will remain operating in T'vaqi waters.

The TCP announces the creation of their largest ship, an Ironclad-size vessel designed for direct combat. The ship, classed as the TCP's first war vessel, is named the 255QosoTCPWV.

With the announcement of the new vessel, Gmr. Pili makes a speech in Ishiq intended to bolster support for the war effort. The speech is poorly received as many continue to criticize him for his lack of action in the Qoeul-bo crisis. Approximately 41% of the population supports the war.

The Rossan navy broadcasts radio messages into T'vaqi, aiming to disrupt the national public radio frequencies. The repeating message, stated in T'vaqi, reads as follows:

This is a message from the Republic of La Rossa. For the past year, this unjust war born out of the warmongering of Grand Magisters Q'so and Pili has disrupted life across both nations. Even without much bloodshed, trade has stalled, ships remain docked in ports, and prices are rising. Every T'vaqi is feeling the damage of the conduct of their leaders. The Republic of La Rossa aims to stop this foolish war. T'vaqi prisoners of war are being fed and cared for, and will be returned in good health once the Grand Magisters send in their resignations and surrender. This is a repeating message.

The QAT radio network is disrupted by the transmission, despite the efforts of radio technicians to maintain the ongoing communications blackout. The message plays in its entirety twice before degrading into static and an occasional word. Engineers resume control of the network in the early evening. The broadcast, which coincided with the QAT network's daily News program, is estimated to have been heard by at least 3 million T'vaqi.
During the Today's Government Decrees program on the 0QAT frequency, Grand Magister Pili declares the broadcast to have been "a blatant attempt at provocation, and an utterly shameless one at that." He states that "for the good of T'vaqi, the Magistracy will hold strong."
Operation Voice is deemed a partial success, and efforts are being placed into countering the T'vaqi radio jamming.

A number of low-ranking T'vaqi soldiers held as prisoners in La Rossa are afforded certain luxuries due to good behavior, on the condition of denouncing the war. Allowed to leave prison for 6 days of the (9-day) week, they are also given the right to seek salaried employment on the island. They are, however, not afforded passports or documents necessary to leave the island, and they will remain accompanied by a Rossan soldier at nearly all times.
Dux Marone: "Our nation is small, but we are able to extend forgiveness even to our enemies. Our battle isn't with the T'vaqi people as a whole, but only two of them." Rossan ships near T'vaqi disperse in order to broaden the search for trade vessels.
Modhes Millitaria makes landfall on a patch of T'vaqii coast

TCP footsoldiers are alerted to an enemy presence on the island's northwestern coast. Soldiers are ordered to stand on guard and attack only when provoked.

A small fleet of Amphibious Forces troop transport ships, aided by two larger ships make landfall on the Tvaqi coast

As circuitry is slowly uncovered, the Rossan military begins reverse engineering T'vaqi laser-based ship detection technology.
An independent investigation reveals a portion of T'vaqi weaponry matches foreign designs. The findings allege that T'vaqi Coastal Patrol has seen a significant portion of their weaponry imported from the Empire of Wälstanland, although it is not yet known through what means. A covert arms campaign is possibly suspected. (La Rossa)

Later in the day, without mentioning Wälstanland explicitly, the Dux announces the intention to create the new government Department of Security, tasked with protecting La Rossa from acts of foreign nations through intelligence programs.

No statement regarding Wälsten weaponry is made by the Grand Council, and the guns continue to see use among TCP soldiers.
A rapidly growing anti-war sentiment among T'vaqi's populace results in organized protests filling the streets and train cars of Ishiq, severely disrupting traffic. Most call for a T'vaqi surrender.
The Modhesian Army makes its first fully executed attack in months after a year of being kept in check by the Threat Prevention Agency. Two TCP generals, direct subordinates of the overseer Q'so, are killed after a defense vessel is capsized.
During a speech in Padeno given by Dux Marone, a gunshot is heard and blood splatters out of the Dux's left shoulder. Reacting quickly, one of the guards jumps in the way of fire, throwing the Dux onto the ground. The perpetrator is tackled to the ground seconds after. People among the crowd report him shouting "Warmongering pig!" Marone survived.

Modhes Millitaria begin crawling down the T'vaqii coast

TCP footsoldier squadrons near the encroaching Millitaria are given direct orders by Gmr. Q'so to attack.

Polls see heightened support for Dux Marone following assassination attempt. Support of the war against T'vaqi rises by 6 points to 63%.
The TCP stalls the Millitaria for some time but is ultimately overpowered. A similar situation occurs with encroaching Utlian forces on the southeastern coast. News of the active invasion quickly spreads inland. Mass panic ensues in the cities of Mholos and Vir Alo, which fall directly within the predicted trajectories of Modhes Millitaria and Utlian Amphibious Forces respectively. The Grand Council strongly recommends that all non-military civilians who feel endangered by the threat take immediate shelter, preferably in bunkers.:

Gmr. Pili, in a televised and broadcasted address: "Do not yield to enemy orders. Do not sympathize with the enemy. Evil is not to be negotiated with."

La Rossa asks for HoL troops in T'vaqi not to antagonize the civilian population, and keep attacks restricted to military targets. Rossan ships back land invasions with naval support.
Dux Marone publicly petitions the HoL to impose strict sanctions on Wälstanland following credible allegations of an arms trade between Wälstanland and T'vaqi. The Dux calls for an interception of trade ships between the two countries and an embargo on Wälstan goods. With Isola's support, the embargo package is passed in La Rossa.
The Modhes Millitaria and Utlian invasions continue. No TCP forces are sent to engage. The encroaching forces find settlements mostly deserted or empty as most of the populace hides in bunkers. Civilians out in the open avoid confrontation. Little to no conversion to the Modhes faith occurs. The general lack of civilians makes looting trivial for Utlian soldiers.
Modhes Millitaria puts a direct call for the "Modhesian Army" to join with them in the west.

Members of the Modhesian Army, traveling alone or in small groups, slowly join the Millitaria. 56 arrive after a day, with more expected to trickle in over the following week.

Herrich Baur suggests that the TPA should sent their own agents and TCP to areas near Modhesian control predicting that members of the Modhesian Army might try and meet up with them

Mgr. Noto Shaviq (the public leader of the TPA) agrees that the Modhesian Army may be aiding Modhes Millitaria, but believes sending undisguised TCP soldiers would be useless and deadly for the troops. Several TCP agents are thus costumed to appear as being members of the Modhesian Army and transported to the Viqho area in order to intercept and infiltrate the ongoing invasion.

Mir'aval Vyitui begins campaigning for a bill to be proposed before the Ayatollan Synod, which would grant the Millitaria "action without limit" in T'vaqi, effectively allowing them free reign to do anything neccisary to achieve victory, without question. The bill also would allow every ministry of Modhes Temple any legal action deemed neccisary to aid in the war effort.

La Rossa makes a strongly-worded warning that an unrestrained attack on T'vaqi could lead to undue provocation of the local population and cause unneeded civilian deaths. The nation asks the Synod not to take up this proposal as it would go contrary to the HoL's goals of keeping peace and prosperity across the archipelago.
Mir'aval Vyitui makes very public statement that "If the Rossans want a say in the actions of the Temple, they should join the Temple!" to a cheering crowd

Gmr. Q'so once again makes a trip to the island of Vritona. Now required to state his intent, he declares that he will be commanding the TCP remotely, and is taking up residence in his private condo due to concerns regarding his safety.
Tromba di Tolia reports Rossan navy morale dropping following interviews with returning soldiers. Soldiers report being stretched thin across T'vaqi and the Eastern Ocean, with oftentimes conflicting directives being given that complicate planning. A small number of privately-owned ships are bought out by the Rossan state and refitted into smaller vessels to help the Armed Forces, though the fix is likely to not be of much help.
Support for the war among T'vaqi citizens hovers around 30%, the lowest fraction yet. Gmr. Aram publicly reiterates her anti-war sentiment and calls for a peaceful surrender in addition to "a serious reevaluation of the powers of Grand Magisters".

Modhes Millitaria also calls for peaceful surrender, to spare T'vaqii lives

Gmr. Pili orders that SDMA (Substance Distribution Monitoring Agency) operatives be dispatched to the Viqho area.
The Rossan navy attempts to contact Gmr. Aram with a short message from the Dux.

(8-7) Gmr. Pili unexpectedly makes a declaration of surrender towards the House of Light on his part. Gmr. Aram, having not formally done so yet, also surrenders, and makes a public request for the drafting of a peace treaty. Gmr. Q'so becomes the only remaining belligerent Grand Magister, though his complete control of the TCP allows the war effort to continue.

In light of Pili's declaration of surrender, Dux Marone shifts focus entirely on Gmr. Q'so.

Mir'aval Vyitui makes statement accepting unconditional surrender of the T'vaqii, states that this acceptence will be enacted upon the removal any enemy combatents.
Mir'aval Vyitui leaves from Deysachin to T'vaqi.
Gmr. Aram contacts the Council of Elders with a request to draft a peace treaty between T'vaqi, Kalam, and ideally the House of Light. She also inquires as to the possibility of a diplomatic marriage between herself and the unmarried Tainin Vedares. She clarifies the marriage will be purely political and will function as a statement of peace and mutual support.

The council accepts but can't promise peace with the house of light since they are unassociated with them

SDMA operatives are pulled from the Viqho area by direct order of Gmr. Pili.
Kalam produces an announcement for the peace treaty between them and T'vaqi, along with the marrying of Tainin Vedares with Gmr. Aram as a symbol of unity
Gmr. Adisa Aram makes an official speech outside of the Grand Council Hall announcing her marriage to Tainin Vedares, which she refers to as "the unification of two councils". While some of the populace vehemently disavows the union, a roughly equal portion of war-fatigued civilians expresses great support for the marriage, hailing it as the dawn of a new T'vaqi era. Many citizens have no opinion on the matter but are happy for the couple nonetheless.

Tainin Vedares assures a concubine will bare his succesor. This settles down public outcry. He is allegedly seen with Aram's heraldry tattoo upon his hand late

The Dux announces that he has received assurances from Wälstanland that the illegal sale of weapons to T'vaqi is being actively investigated, and conditionally removes the embargo with the support of Mare.
Mir'aval Vyitui makes declaration that "If Q'so does not surrender, I shall draw a line of fire from here to Ishiq."
Growing distrust of Overseer Q'so among TCP ranks emerges after the Grand Magister makes several nonsensical and aggressive orders, including the demotion of all army members he personally suspects of disloyalty. He has not exited the bunker in his private Vritona condo for two weeks.
As many in T'vaqi consider the possibility of an upcoming election, independent candidate Piqo Thipoqo emerges as a surprise favorite in preliminary support polls. Thipoqo announces himself as a future candidate for the newly-created Amiqa Platform, the nation's first true political party. Despite being an independent candidate and running on a highly unconventional platform, Thipoqo receives exceptional support from young and war-fatigued voters.
Overseer Q'so receives news via radio that Modhes Millitaria and Utlian forces have reached the outskirts of Mholos and Vir Alo respectively. He quickly launches into lengthy tirade of loosely-connected insults and profanities directed at the invaders, his colleagues, and himself. This outburst is concluded by an order for every single member of the TCP, regardless of rank, to seek out and attack invaders without hesitation. TCP generals quickly dismiss the order.
Internal distrust of Q'so reaches a boiling point within the TCP. All of the military's generals convene at a private conference, where Q'so is quietly stripped of his rank as Overseer and replaced with the respected general Viq Qhisto. TCP members are informed of this change.
After suffering a nervous breakdown in his private bunker, Gmr. Q'so boards an unoccupied ship docked at a TCP establishment in Soqho (Vritona's only settlement). He steers the vessel northeastward alone and without supplies, embarking on a journey without destination.
Dux Marone states intention to sign a peace agreement with the two surredered T'vaqi Grand Magisters, in hopes of putting pressure on Q'so towards ending the war.

An attempt at contacting Gmr. Q'so to convince him of surrender is made. After transmissions repeatedly fail, Q'so is discovered to have entirely disappeared from T'vaqi. His whereabouts are unknown.

A radio distress signal, automatically transmitted by TCP vessels in the event of a capsize, is received by military outposts across T'vaqi. The signal is triangulated and found to have originated from a point in the northeastern ocean. Ships are sent to the signal's origin point to examine and retrieve any wreckage.

Ships arrive at the origin of the distress signal, finding a capsized (though still afloat) TCP scouting vessel bearing no signs of damage. The wreckage team determines that the boat is salvageable. Upon attempting to tow it back to T'vaqi, an emaciated man is discovered treading water in the air pocket created by the ship: Gmr. Insi Q'so.
Unsure of what to do, the wreckage team contacts the Soqho TCP outpost, and is instructed to bring Q'so there, where he will be transferred to a larger ship and sent back to the mainland.

Insi Q'so is shipped to mainland T'vaqi in the highly secured 255QosoTCPWV. By vote of Senior Magisters (5-4), he is stripped of his role as Grand Magister and demoted to civilian status. He is held in the secure wing of a Thono prison.
The newly announced overseer of the TCP, Viq Qhisto, orders that all TCP troops engaged in the war retreat. Qhisto additionally surrenders on behalf of the TCP. The T'vaqi war movement ends.

The Dux of La Rossa proclaims the end of wartime hostilities, so far the only decree in the past several months to pass through the Advisory Council. A statement is made saying the trial of Q'so should be presided over by the entire HoL, as his crimes went against all of the alliance.

Modhes Temple concurs with the La Rossa's statement that Q'so's trial and subsequent execution should be overseen by the HoL

Mir'aval Vyitui sends message to Utlian army telling them that, as they are quite close to Thono, they should apprihend Q'so before the T'vaqii can hide him away

Lyet field commander Eereret Sumikye responds by affirming that is their goal with the city

Magisterial polls open in the wake of Q'so's demotion. Amiqa affiliated magisterial candidate Piqo Thipoqo remains a clear favorite among young voters in T'vaqi. His greatest competition comes from Senior Magister Imis Aris (a subordinate of Gmr. Pili), though Smr. Aris struggles to overcome Thipoqo's months-long campaigning headstart.

Polls close. Amiqa candidate Piqo Thipoqo wins the election with 55% of the vote in the final round of elections, triumphing against Smr. Aris. This election marks the first time a non-Senior Magister has won a Magisterial election since 70 TT. Gmr. Thipoqo promises an era of trade and prosperity for T'vaqi in the wake of the war.

Insi Q'so remains held in Thono. No consensus has been reached, domestically or internationally, on the nature of his trial, or whether it will even occur. As Q'so no longer holds the title of Representative Speaker, the position is transferred to Gmr. Loqa Pili by seniority. Pili, however, almost immediately relinquishes the position to Gmr. Adisa Aram.
Dux Marone states he hopes to see cooperation with the new T'vaqi government and proper punishment for those who wronged the country. Rossan vessels move back to operating against the Qoeul-bo Hrnad, mostly in the western waters.
Mir'aval Vyitui announces the Seige of Mholos, though he's technically not even at Mholos yet.
The Grand Council contacts the Rossan government, requesting that Insi Q'so be transferred to La Rossa for an official trial, intended as equal parts spectacle and legitimate legal proceeding. The Council clarifies that La Rossa's legal system is better suited to handle the trial, as many of Q'so's charges have never been dealt with before in T'vaqi courthouses.

La Rossa privately agrees to accept Insi Q'so as prisoner. He is transported to the country in agreement with T'vaqi without the rest of the alliance being alerted. Once Q'so is assessed to be in good health and settled in a prison cell under constant watch, the rest of the HoL is alerted about his presence on La Rossa. The HoL is informed that holding a trial on La Rossa is part of the agreement with T'vaqi and cannot be negotiated, although the other members are invited to attend.

Modhes Temple sends demand to T'vaqii government to give any and all information related to the Qoeul-bo Hrnad. They specify that this is an issue which supercedes all conflict between themselves and the temple, as 'The Qoeul-bo Hrnad pose an existential threat to all that desires existance."

Modhes Temple is sent copies of all SDMA investigations and documents relevant to the T'vaqi Qoeul-bo Hrnad. "You all are just as clueless as I am," Gmr. Pili comments rather sarcastically.

Areen Leshen of the National Army sends message to the Grand Council, with an open offer to negotiate an end to the war between them

The Grand Council accepts this offer, requesting that a treaty of peace be drafted once all matters are settled.

Gmr. Piqo Thipoqo proposes a bill to formally end the radio communications blackout imposed during the recent war (though most international communications have already been reopened). The vote passes 3-0. Shortly after the blackout is formally lifted, Gmr. Thipoqo announces the upcoming trial of Insi Q'so for his crimes during the war. The trial, conducted on Lighthouse Island, will be televised live in T'vaqi.
Mir'aval Vyitui announces pause on advancements in T'vaqi for extent of the trial, but states no intention to withdraw army at this time
Mir'aval ends pause with no explanation, begins march on Mholos
(Somewhere during the Q'so trial proceedings.) "Sham Court!," reads the headline of today's issue of Tromba di Tolia. The newspaper chooses to dedicate an issue towards criticizing La Rossa's legal handling of Insi Q'so.

"... He is a vile man with vile beliefs and vile actions behind him, but that makes it all that much easier to prosecute him fairly... Why the government would choose to not only deprive him of lawyers in this humiliating display, but also try him according to foreign laws, is beyond us..."

The concluded trial of Insi Q'so becomes the most watched live broadcast in T'vaqi history, with an estimated 3.5 million viewers over the course of the proceeding.

*Insi Q'so is handed down a life sentence by the HoL international tribunal for his role in T'vaqi aggression against the HoL, the perpetuation of the T'vaqi caste system and the Deysachni accusation of being a Demon. Partway through the trial, he would profess a conversion to the Modhes faith as well as accept and repent for for his Demonic state, a move that has shifted the Deysachni position from calling for an execution towards handing him a life sentence. He will be held in a Monastery of Maximum Imprisonment in Deysachin, under international observation, where he will be regularly checked to ensure moral and cleansing behavior.

Gmr. Aram proposes a landmark bill that will grant Senior Magisters a vote on all proposed bills, with each Senior Magister having half the voting power of one Grand Magister. The vote passes 2-1 (with Gmr. Thipoqo in favor), making it the last bill ever decided by the Grand Council alone. "This is a much needed change, as the Council is so small in size," Aram comments, "we hope this brings us closer to fairness in all of our decisions."
Mir'aval Vyitui declares that "The lifeless Mn'krapanti state of T'vaqi has been brought its knees. The work of The Temple is just begining, but the work of Millitaria has concluded, for now". With this he declares that the army will leave T'vaqi, but take a port for "permenant residence". It is unclear if he was told to do this, especially since no treaty was signed and he doesn't even technically run the military side of the war.
Costumed TCP agents are pulled from the Deysachni military march. It is unclear whether they achieved anything significant during their espionage.
The Grand Council contacts the House of Light, requesting that an official treaty of peace be drafted between T'vaqi and the alliance.

Deysachin, Utlia, and La Rossa respond with their demands.
Gmr. Thipoqo proposes a bill to grant religious freedom to all T'vaqi civilians practicing the Modhes faith. The vote passes.

Almost immediately after the bill is announced, a wave of Modhes conversions occurs in T'vaqi. The religion now accounts for the island's largest (and only) officially recognized minority group, comprising an estimated 3.3% of the population.

The Viqho area is ceded to Deysachin. The town of Shomivit is renamed to Vir Atlii, and Utlia is granted partial ownership. The passport-adjacent Personal Card system begins development.
Mir'aval Vyitui gives approval of the treaty, suggests the treaty to be named the Lambent Concordat.
