On 1-1 4 PC a Nongban man attempted to celebrate the Akarian new year by setting off a fireworks display. The man unaware of how either worked ended up piling up a large amount of gunpowder onto the Yotumic Divisionary Federation's parliament building but was unable to light it. Some of the gunpowder was eaten by a lizard, killing it.
