History
The Osslette of Nakarma was established on 18-6 20 PC through Artak's 4th Dictate along with the osslettes of Aharka, Akuta, Neerakta.
Governance
Neerakta is run by the Ossbosche of Nakarma, who is appointed by elected by the udenbosches of Nakarma and serves for life.
