In 36 PC the bird would take flight without death or injury for the first time, with its first successful flight in 39 PC gaining appraise by the Tieteran Avian Society

The Metal Bird would enjoy its first commercial flight in 40 PC.

Controversy

Following the Tieteran Royal Family announcing their own aeronautics project by the name of Project Metallic Bird in 39 PC, they would receive formal complaints from the CODCNN. CNN lawyers and other experts from the Confederate Nations of Niueyjar's Office of Intellectual Property would be put on paid trips to Tietero to assess the alleged plagiarism under the gise of a vacation. They would return claiming to have evidence of plagiarism by the Tieteran project, but there would be no more legal action following this.
