Tun'ilhameng Liberation Procedure-Utlia relations are the bilateral relations between the Tun'ilhameng Liberation Procedure (TLP) and the Republic of Utlia.
History
President of Utlia, Yyme Braia traveled to Ronatana and met with leader of the TLP, Edward on 20-7 9 PC. At the meeting Yyme agreed to try to support the TLP.
