Utlia-Yotumic Divisionary Federation relations are the bilateral relations between the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) and the Republic of Utlia.

Political relations

Relations between Utlia and the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) began on 24-3 2 PC when the Republic of Utlia sent the YDF a shipment of lumber, free of charge.

The Republic of Utlia established an embassy in Yotum on 28-4 2 PC in exchange for the YDF enrolling 100 academics in Utlian schools.

On 12-8 2 PC, President of Utlia, Yyme Braia gave the YDF a shipment of lumber in exchange for some opals for use as decorations in what was an upcoming festival. The lumber was sent to Nongba using a Nongban longship.

In 9 PC, Utlia and Akaria decided to aid in the ongoing food shortage in Nongba. A deal was made in secret between the YDF and Akaria on 23-4 9 PC. Akaria agreed to sell the YDF Akarian and Utlian grown grain to try to alleviate the ongoning food shortage in Nongba, in exchange the YDF would give them copper. The grain was delivered via the use of stealth prawns who bypassed the blockade by going under it. They then deployed buoyant containers full of grain that washed up on shore. For every container received, the YDF put aside a sum of copper to be given as payment once the blockade was resolved.
