Utyis language

Utyis is the official and most commonly spoken language in the Republic of Utlia. It was created to be a fair merging of Eutan and Frish language, with some new elements. due to the nature of this merging, the language has 3 official scripts used in writing, Eutan and Frish standard alphabets and the Wyna script.

Writing system

Utyis is the merging of two related but distinct language, while the Eutan and Frish languages make up the bulk of Utyis, the Wyna script is used often as well. Eutan and Frish are written left to right, while Wyna is written top to bottom. Sentences and longer works will often feature all three of these at once.

Eutan is the most common script used on mainland Utlia due to the origins of the Liamia family. The vast majority of common words are written in Eutan.

Frish

Frish is used primarily for titles, official offices and law documents. Post-calm it is used for foreign words translated into Utyis.

Wyna

Wyna is a form of script where each character is equivalent to a full word, idea or sentence. It is also how the majority of proper nouns are written
