The Warmongers' Faction was an informal group of Federal Representatives within the Caseic Federal Council during the Fromatica Era. They advocated for the implementation of defensive policies following the Grand Calming, fearing that the newly-revealed civilisations would invade the Federation. Their fears were largely unfounded. They were mainly lead by Chuwe Brifam.
