The YDF Political Crisis began in late 16 PC following the death of Yun Yan'il.

Timeline

14-12 YDF Leader Yun Yan'il disappeared in the Nongban Sea en route to Ronatana to discuss a ceasefire with the Tun'ilhameng Liberation Procedure (TLP).
- YDF patrols found TLP ships near the last known location of Yun Yan'il.
- The YDF Congress and press accused the TLP of assisinating Yun Yan'il.
- The YDF officially began their search for Yun Yan'il.
- The YDF found Yun Yan'il's vessel destroyed, approximately 3 leagues from Naval Platform 9.
15-12 Psaha Yol came out of retirement to become the new YDF Leader.
20-12 The YDF placed a bounty on Edward.
22-12 A fist fight broke out in the YDF congress.

4-1 The 16/17 YDF Congressional Session ended with 12 senators injured and 2 dead.
11-2 Another fistfight broke out during a YDF congressional session.
- Psaha Yol put future congressional sessions on indefinite hold until the issue is resolved.
7-4 Leaders of opposing YDF factions created their own assemblies whilst Psaha Yol was at Johnakar and Emalk Oken's funeral.
22-4 2 YDF senators of the Federal Association were found dead in their homes.
24-4 The YDF's Bureau of Propaganda increased their coverage of the political divisions in the YDF.
26-4 Psaha Yol had the head of the Bureau of Propaganda arrested for misleading Nongban civilians.
28-7 YDF forces in Ronatana were decimated following the fracture in the YDF Congress. Several battalions were diverted from Ronatana to Nongba.
4-9 Protests erupted across Nongba.
10-10 3 YDF senators went missing.
14-10 4 YDF senators went missing.
- Senator Fang, who was a member of the Central Democrats of Hangmeng was found dead on a mountainside.

21-1 23 died and 56 were injured in a TLP protest that had escalated into a street fight with counter-protesters advocating for the central Democrats of Hangmeng.
25-2 Gompo and Pso were found dead in the Southern River. People’s Preservation leader Mana Hap said to Psaha Yol of the deaths that “Miss Gompo and Mister Pso could have simply gotten carried away with fun at the Tolha beach”. These remarks led to protests.
8-5 The YDF military got involved in a Nongban political protest turned riot.
19-5 At least 12 civilians were found dead in a Nongban riot. Of which 5 died from being shot by YDF guns and 7 died from trampling.
19-7 The riots on Nongba began growing exponentially upon receiving news of the Niueyjar-Eastern Bloc War.
3-9 Point at which 15 YDF provinces had declared major state emergencies due to escalating riots.
10-10 The YDF army reported being given conflicting orders.
18-10 A YDF general and two colonels were permanently relieved after following orders given by Psaha Yol rather than conflicting orders from an unknown senator.

8-1 Martial law was declared in the Yotum Metropolitan Area following the defeat of a YDF platoon during riots.
2-2 Multiple paramilitary groups on Nongba attacked the YDF military.
3-8 Edward said the Tun'ilhameng Liberation Movement was continuing to grow on Nongba after 12 Federal Association senators denounced affiliation with Psaha Yol.

19-5 Anhal'pso of the Central Democrats of Hangmeng met with Rak-Dal of the SLK.
- Anhal'pso gave the SLK bread and guns and promised to provide more supplies to the SLK.
- Anhal'pso agreed to print and distribute the Laykoh to Nongbans.
20-5 Psaha Yol publicly condemned Anhal'pso for trading Nongban grains without going through proper channels.
5-6 A movie from the Isles of Joy was shown to the YDF Congress. Senators loyal to the YDF and People's Preservation claimed to have loved the movie. Anhal’pso commanded a soldier to shoot the movie projector and later left the theatre with other members of the Central Democrats of Hangmeng.
7-6 The large solar panel array in Nongba, which produced an average of 690 MW in Nongba was attacked to the point where maintenance was no longer safe. The shutdown ended all energy export deals the YDF had and cut power to 80% of industrial buildings and 99% of homes.
28-6 A leak showed that the budget of the YDF Intelligence Agency increased 190% in past week.
26-11 Psaha Yol and Anhal'pso met in private with Psaha Yol agreeing to allow Anhal'pso to conduct polling to determine if the people of the YDF want the factions to become legal.
19-10 29 were reported dead, 4 missing, and 71 injured after a civilian massacre at the municipal operations building at the Gansu port.

11-1 Hundreds across Nongba were found to be infuriated by the national political survey.
22-1 The TLP killed the senator and both governors of Gansu province, triggering elections in the province.
- Three TLP members living in Gansu province were elected in a landslide victory with only 68 participants. All three members are of Nongban ethnicity, due to Tun'ilhameng being unable to run or vote.
12-2 Edward claimed that Gansu was not owned by the TLP but a "controlled region".
8-3 The YDF finished the public political census, faction leader Mana Hap was found in a panic attack following the release of the results to congressional members.
30-4 Psaha Yol claimed 4 YDFDF naval vessels left port without her approval.

3-1 A high-ranking manufacturing leader on Nongba, who was previously arrested for circulating dangerous electronics, went missing
9-1 A small Nongban vessel went missing around the same time that a Deysachni vessel was denied harbor in Yotum.
