== Background ==
The Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CNN) [[Invasion of Haute eee|invaded Haute eee]] on 14-12 19 PC as part of the [[Eastern Bloc-Niueyjar War]].

[[Living King]], [[Harakar Oken]] was forced off of Kadar's Rock and back onto the Karin Plain by the CNN on 16-12 19 PC.

== The operation ==
Living King, Harakar Oken began secretly planning Operation Rock Storm on 19-12. A large portion of the Living Army arrived at Okenate on 21-12 and several eee-made barges and fishing vessels were reported milling about [[Naikar Port]]. Harakar announced Operation Rock Storm on 25-12 and set off to eee in the [[Giga-Yacht]], leading many eee-made barges and fishing vessels carrying Living Army personnel. The [[Karinian Star]] accused Harakar of using Operation Rock Storm as an excuse to flee Akaria.

The next day the Giga-Yacht exploded, killing Harakar and ending the operation with most of the forces present either going to port in Haute eee or Akaria.
