On 16-7 16 PC, [[Living King]], [[Harakar Oken]] designated the red spine eater as a target for the [[Weer Biological Warfare Division]] who began adapting [[Kadar's Fury]] to target red spine eaters.

[[Harakar's 13th Dictate]] was issued on 23-11 16 PC which removed all hunting restrictions on the red spine eater and put a bounty of 5 grams of [[copper]] on each red spine eater. Few osslettes were willing to provide funds for the bounties issued. Despite this a red spine eater breeding facility was discovered on 29-11 17 PC in the [[Bojin Kadrike]]. The facility had allegedly been made to take advantage of Harakar's 13th Dictate. 

Living King, [[Artak Arkara]] issued his [[Artak's 1st Dictate|1st Dictate]] on 16-1 20 PC. The dictate nullified [[Harakar's 13th Dictate]] and ordered all properties with red spine eater breeding facilities to be put under the control of the [[Kakay]]. The dictate was seen as a symbolic move, to represent Artak's intention to undo the harm that Harakar had caused. Though Harakar's 13th Dictate had still been in effect few osslettes actually offered a reward for red spine eaters brought in and few breeding facilities still existed.

The [[Oken]] established [[Akaria Birds]] on 23-8 16 PC to market and sell the birds outside of [[Akaria]].

On 4-11 the [[Kingdom of Akaria]] sent 22,666 and a third red spine eater caracases to the [[YDF]] for 340 kilograms of [[copper]] and two new Nongban assault rifles

Akaria Birds sold 12 live red spine eaters to the Tietero Royal Zoo on 21-11 17 PC.
