Ibe-Jibin is the federal capital of the Caseic Federation. It is located within the state of Framjaria

The city is divided into three districts:

Niyasto, a largely residential district in the west. Many politicians live in this area.
Southtown, a largely commercial district in the south-east.
Sencrum, a district which contains most of the Federal government buildings.
