The Akuta Pact, formerly known as the Akarian-Utlian Alliance, is the oldest alliance between two independent island nations of the Attu Archipelago. It was established between the Kingdom of Akaria and the Republic of Utlia on 5-4 2 PC via the Treaty of Peripha.
Today, Akaria and Utlia are both part of the Eastern Bloc, a larger intergovernmental military alliance between several Eastern Attu states.
