Though no proof was provided linking Dromei Skrake's death to the Arkara it noted both that Dromei had refused to do as the [[4th Agrada Perikat]] said shortly before his death and that the [[Bantar's 1st Dictate|1st Dictate]] issued by his successor, [[Bantar Arkara]] did as they had suggested. |
