The Living Press was established on 29-8, 1428 TT via [[Goghon's 1st Dictate]] so that [[Living King]], [[Goghon Perat]] could turn the people of the [[Akarinian Confederation]] against the [[Andu Kur]]. The dictate set up printing presses across Akaria and within the year of its creation, the Living Press was the largest newspaper in Akaria. The press mostly published stories relating to the harsh treatment of [[Karinian|Karinians]] within the Andu Kur, most of which were made up. Goghon Perat launched an invasion of the Andu Kur on 25-7 1425 TT with public support.

[[Bartan's 7th Dictate]] was issued on 22-2 1328 TT handing over control of the Living Press to the ossbosches who were to use the press to create and distribute copies of the 2nd Bakoro.
