Mitok Arka is a Karinian journalist and a member of the Sarkist Assembly.
Biography
Early life
Mitok Arka was born into poverty in Okenate.
In late 4 PC, Living King, Harakar Oken agreed to send 40,000 Akarians to Haute eee to try and resolve the 3rd Hautean Agricultural Crisis. Many of Oksken's lower class, including Mitok and much of his family were hired for this purpose. They arrived at Haute eee on 14-9 4 PC where they were put to work as farmers
