The Kelelemi Vexillological Council was a Kelelemian organisation dedicated to flag design and administration within the Collective Republic of Kelelemi. It held its headquarters in Voyvonami, which stands to this day.
History
On 17-2 10 PC, the Kelelemi Vexillological Council recommended one of their own designs to serve as the flag of Caseic Federation amid the Caseic Federation Flag Referendum.
