Ywylin was an unpopular monarch due to his rude demeanor and generally considered poor decisions in power, the most important of which was the budget slashing which hurt all Utlian systems but the [[Royal Utlian Army|Royal Army]] was hit hardest, with 70% of the funding cut from it. This led to the Royal Armies incitement and participation in a revolution against Ywylin. During the war his wife gave birth to their third child, [[Ire Liamia]]. He was not present at the birth due to her leaving him shortly after becoming pregnant. |

He was disliked by many store owners in the capital of Tinlea-Ut for his habit to walk into a store, grab something, and leave without paying for said item.
