Turen Weresame is the President of the Collective Kelelemi Republic, having succeeded Robete Guresone after his death at the end of the Seireimeiko. He was the head commander of the Kelelemi Government during the Kelelemi Civil War.

Kelelemi Civil War
The Sorewa Liberation Uprising (SLU) bombed the ATFS Arakar of the Akarian Trade Fleet Following the attack, mass protests and riots began across Kelelemi leading the death of President of the Collective Kelelemi Republic, Robete Guresone, on 7-4 10 PC. As Vice President, Turen Weresame ascended to the presidency to replace him. Shortly after Guresone's death, rioters affiliated with the SLU began forming platoons. Upon his ascension to the presidency, Weresame declared the Kelelemi was now in a state of war and vowed to avenge Guresone's death.
On 10-4 10 PC, the Akarian-Utlian Alliance, with Weresame's approval, established Nererata Military Base on Kerala Island to facilitate their intervention against the SLU.
