Early life
Toghon was born in a koat, in Todak within the Akarinian Confederation, during the reign of his great-grandfather Living King Kamore Deram. His father Ogokot, was the Leader of the Kakay and was considered to be a close ally of Kamore and the Deram. His mother, Jamok, was from the Deram and was a daughter of Karkon Deram who would succeed his father as Living King.
Around 1602 TT the Karkon's perikat decided that Toghon would succeed Karkon Deram as Living King. On 13-2 1601 TT Toghon began being educated in the Weer Nation at the request of Karkon Deram.
