Harakar's 3rd Dictate

Harakar's 3rd Dictate was a living dictate issued on 24-1 1 PC by Living King Harakar Oken which gave the Living King the ability to organise military forces outside the Kingdom of Akaria however he wished.

Background

Following the Grand Calming the Kingdom of Akaria was thrown into a state of panic. On 24-1 1 PC Harakar Oken met with the Council of Akaria to discuss the new situation the country was in and to come up with solutions. At the meeting, Harakar argued that Akaria would need protection from outside forces and that the current military hierarchy would be poorly suited to protect Akaria from these forces. Harakar proposed to the council a dictate that would permit the Living King to organise the armed forces of Akaria in any way beyond Akaria's borders. The council approved of this, leading to Harakar's 3rd Dictate being issued. It was the third of four dictates issued that day.
