The pair planned for Driplap to attack [[Kadar's Rock]], where Artak suspected Harakar to be hiding, to force Harakar back to the mainland so that he could be killed by Artak's forces bringing about a [[Living Election]] that Artak was confident he would win. Driplap attacked Kadar's Rock on 16-12, the next day the [[Weer Chronicle]] reported that Harakar Oken had returned to [[Moss Vale]] following his year long vacation at an undisclosed location. During the Kel-Elemi Civil War (10–14 PC) Driplap served as Seer-Admiral Geilir's liaison to the Kel-Elemi War Coalition at Neerakta Military Base.
Eastern Bloc Niueyjar Civil War
