The Halma Commissariat is an internal division of the Serene Union of Spyron and is led by a commissar.
History
On 6-4 10 PC, President of the Collective Kelelemi Republic, Robete Guresone, accepted an offer from the Commissar of Halma to have the Halma Commissariat intervene in the Seireimeiko in exchange for an undisclosed amount of land in Kelelemi.
