Biography
Filipo III became King of Tietero in 33 TT.
Kevano Dwan was the commander of the Tietero Royal Guard during the Grand Calming. On 4-2 1 PC, he and Riĝo Filipo III met with the High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force, Targhon Skrake, marking the first diplomatic visit between the Kingdom of Akaria and the Kingdom of Tietero.
Riĝo Filipo III died on 29-3 1 PC when one of the walls of Malhela Castle collapsed.
