High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force
The Akarian Scouting Force (ASF) was established on 18-2 1 PC in the aftermath of the Grand Calming. Targhon was selected by Living King, Harakar Oken to serve as the ASF's first High Director.
The ASF located the island of Tietero on 3-2 1 PC. The following day Targhon Skrake met with Riĝo Filipo III, commander of the Tietero Royal Guard, Kevano Dwan, the first direct interaction between officials from the Kingdom of Akaria and those of other islands
On 12-3 18 PC the Arkara, under the leadership of Artak Arkara released a document containing evidence that Johnakar Oken had ordered the deaths of several notable figures across the Attu Archipelago including Kamakta Arkara and Vidar Astridson. A day later Arkara-affiliated protestors took to the streets of Ablesken demanding an explanation for the killing of Kamakta Arkara. At the same time the CNN Federal Court put their ongoing corruption investigation and trials on hold to allow the Council of Directors of the Confederated Nations of Niueyjar (CODCNN) to hold an emergency meeting relating to the report. Harakar ordered the Akarian Navy back to Akaria and ordered the full mobilisation of the Living Army. Shortly after making his order Harakar departed Ablsken for Fort Garikoph in secret and ordered his military leaders, including Targhon to meet him there.
Harakar, Targhon and the other Akarian military leaders met with the Utlian leadership on 8-6 18 PC to discuss the ongoing tension with the CNN. At the meeting it was agreed that the Eastern Bloc would move against the CNN until they attacked first. The CNN declared war on the Eastern Bloc on 4-6 18 PC, on that same day Harakar ordered the ASF to monitor CNN fleet locations.
Harakar Oken died on when the Giga-Yacht exploded whilst en route for Haute eee. Targhon Skrake had been selected by Harakar's perikat to serve as their candidate in the 44th Living Election. Harakar's faction lost the election with Artak Arkara becoming Living King on 11-1 20 PC.
Artak ordered the ASF to the Eastern Ocean on 23-1 to find Ahabakar Oken and bring him to Manser claiming that he wanted to meet him. The ASF found Ahabakar in Johnakar on 27-1 and departed for Manser, leaving a small force behind to govern the town. When the ASF arrived at Manser on 30-1, men loyal to Artak took Ahabakar and handed him over to the CNN. The next day Targhon Skrake resigned as High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force in protest.
