Ibe-Jibin is the capital of the Caseic Federation.

It has three districts:

Niyasto, a largely residential district in the west. Many politicians live in this area.
Southtown, a largely commercial district in the south-east.
Sencrum, a district which contains many of the Federal government buildings.
