The 9 PC Eastern Bloc Summit was an Eastern Bloc meeting at the Akuta Military Base in Utlia.
Agreement, Haute eee which saw the establishment of the Eastern Bloc via the 1st Agreement Agreement.
Background
The Eastern Bloc's pseudo-rival, the Nation of Niueyjar had begun blockading Nongba in 8 PC and in early 9 PC the Yotumic Divisionary Federation had announced a food shortage. The 9 PC Eastern Bloc Summit was set up to discuss this.
Summit
The summit took place on 15-2 9 PC at the Akuta Military Base in Utlia. The parties agreed that it was in their best interests to support Nongba in an attempt to foster a new ally. To counter the Nongban blockade the parties agreed to begin converting strides into stealth vessels and to create a weaponised version of this vessel.
