Votan Lainya is the Lieutenant President of Utlia and the Governor of North Utlia.
Biography
RGOU
Votan was the leader of the RGOU, who fought in the Utlian Civil War against the Utlian Kingdom. At some point Votan met with his friend old, school friend Yyme Braia and made him an offer; in the evernt that the RGOU overthrew the the King of Utlia, Ywylin Yyme would become the country's new president with Votan serving as his lieutenant president. Votan explained this as Yyme being a better candidate for true leadership that the people could look up too. Yyme took the offer.
The civil war concluded on 12-6 6 TT. As planned Yyme Braia became the President of Utlia and Votan became the Lieutenant President of Utlia.
