On 8-1 14 PC the Karinian Star published an piece that claimed that mass protests and riots against Harakar Oken had began in 12 PC and were suppressed by Harakar through use of [[Harakar's 7th Dictate]]. Harakar Oken denied this claim. The Karinian Star reported Mokopt Arka missing on 15-1 14 PC with some opinion pieces published bu the Karinian Star speculating that Harakar was behind the dissapearance. On 20-1 14 PC, the Oken-owned [[Adar Daily]] reported that prior to her disappearance Mokopt was involved in an affair with an Utlian man and speculated that she had gone with him to Utlia. |

Establishment
In late 4 PC, Living King, Harakar Oken sent 40,000 Akarians to Haute eee help resolve the 3rd Hautean Agricultural Crisis. On 20-11 4 PC one of these Akarians, Mokopt Arka established the Karinian Star to provide news to her fellow Akarians in eee.
