Harakar's 12th Dictate was a living dictate issued on 9-1 16 PC by Living King Harakar Oken that gave the Living King the power to confiscate any oversized livestock or produce for themself.
Background
On 8-1 16 PC a potato with a circumference of around 4 metres was uncovered by farmers in Bosken. The next day Living King, Harakar Oken issued his 12th Dictate so he could take the potato for himself.
Content
