History
The Perat Navy was established following the issuing of Artak's 6th Dictate in 20 PC, in which the Sarkist controlled Paradise Island was granted to the Perat. The initial three ships of the navy were constructed in Manser.
The Perat Navy landed forces on Paradise Island on 24-4 21 PC, with the island coming under total Perat control on 26-4.
