Sumaasyl is an organ of municipal governance in the Republic of Utlia put in place after the Utlian Civil War. Sumaasyl are largely based on the federal Maasyl, with slight retooling for the smaller scale.

History

Sumaasyl were made to replace the previously noble-family ran large municipal governments, which had become corrupted and seen as outdated as Utlia industrialized. The initial granting of Sumaasyl was enacted by Yyme Braia on 5-1 5 TT.
