The Wreth Communine was a short lived city-state in North Utlia that was annexed by the quickly expanding Eutan Kingdom, following its destruction as a state its leader, Preynaeka became the head of a cult-like sect of extremists operating throughout the wilds and forests of central and north Utlia.
History
in 2050 TT the Wreth state was officially formed by a group of Telan and Eutan merchants led by a man named Preynaeka, the settlement was founded on the idea that all residents of the island should coexist and prosper together, they were banned from both Tela and Kelna shortly after their first meetings, leading them to establish Wreth in modern day north Wynlia province.
