Utlia is an island in the eastern Archipelago, governed by the Republic of Utlia. Mainland Utlia is very urban, with the majority of the populace residing in a city.
Definition
In Utlia there are 5 kinds of settlement designations
- Town - Not important but a notable population center (Ex: Direa-Ut)
- Regional City - Important for the local area but not widely (Ex: Mesytet-Ut, Herobaol-Ut)
- Provincial City - Prominent cities in the province they are located (Ex: Arzyt-Ut)
- District City - Nationally prominent cities, or cities with a district system (Ex: Balmor-Ut, Orena-Ut)
- Capital city - Reserved for Tinlea-Ut and its special governance
