Bantar was born on 18-6 85 TT in Agrada, Kingdom of Akaria. He was sent to Ablesken at a young age to be raised by relatives.

Bantar was elected Leader of the Arkara on 25-2 33 TT, following the death of his father on 16-2 33 TT.

Living King Hotok Skrake died on 19-5 25 TT triggering the 41st Living Election. Bantar was elected Living King on 27-7 25 TT
