Biography
Filipo III became King of Tietero in 33 TT.
On 4-2 1 PC, shortly after the Grand Calming, Riĝo Filipo III and commander of the Tietero Royal Guard Kevano Dwan, met with the High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force, Targhon Skrake, marking the first diplomatic visit between the Kingdom of Akaria and the Kingdom of Tietero.
