The President of Utlia is the highest position in Utlian government, it replaced the Monarch of Utlia after the RGOU revolt. Three people have held the position since the revolt.

- Hia El, appointed by the upper cabinet nomination committee, retired after passing law allowing federal elections within Utlia
- Ire Liamia, won first federal election running as UBP nominee, first democratically elected president, youngest president
