Biography
The Serene Merchant Navy (SMN) mobilised on 20-1 9 PC in response to the 2nd Calming, it's objective was to locate the other civilisations now heard over radio. Whip made radio contact with the YDFDFNSS Lizard of Ana on 8-2 9 PC, and spoke with the ship's captain, Illaa marking the first conversation between someone from Spyron and the Attu Archipelago. During the meeting the pair aranged an in-person meeting between Whip and a YDF senator on an island off the coast of Spyron.
