Kel-Elemi-Yotumic Divisionary Federation relations are the bilateral relations between the Collective Kel-Elemi Republic and the Yotumic Divisionary Federation.
History
On 12-2 9 PC, the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) paid the government of Kel-Elemi in sapphires to catch and transport several Kel-Elemi snakes for them so that they could start a breeding program on Nongba in an attempt to resolve the 9 PC Nongban Food Shortage. The snakes arrived 21-2 9 PC, having managed to sneak around Niueyjar's blockade of Nongba. The snakes killed 668 people 2 days after their arrival.
Kel-Elemi began attempting to sell grain to the YDF on 6-4 9 PC, but their shipments were intercepted by the CNN's blockade.
On 18-5 9 PC, the Yotumic Divisionary Federation (YDF) payed Kel-Elemi to teach them how to cocaine.
