Biography
Early life
Toghon was born in a koat, in Todak within the Akarinian Confederation, during the reign of his great-grandfather Living King Kamore Deram. His father Ogokot, was the Leader of the Kakay and was considered to be a close ally of Kamore and the Deram. His mother, Jamok, was from the Deram and was a daughter of Karkon Deram who would succeed his father as Living King.
Around 1602 TT the Todak Perikat decided that Toghon would succeed Karkon Deram as Living King. On 13-2 1601 TT Toghon began being educated in the Weer Nation at the request of Karkon Deram. Following the completion of his education Toghon remained in the Weer Nation until Karkom's death on 2-1 1591 TT when he was summoned to Ablesken to serve as Living King.
Living King
Toghon's most notable action as Living King was his issuing of Toghon's 3rd Dictate on 16-12 1582 TT. The dictate ordered the creation and maintenance of a series of paved roads which would travel between all of the major Karinian Settlements. To fund the project further taxes were placed on the members of the Todak Perikat. Construction of the Toghon Road Network began on 16-1 1581 TT and would continue on and off until 16-7 1195 TT when the network was completed.
Toghon Kakay died on 11-12 1544 TT and was succeeded by his son-in-law Nimbak Perat.
