Biography
Kevano Dwan was the commander of the Tietero Royal Guard during the Grand Calming. On 4-2 1 PC, he and Filipo III met with the High Director of the Akarian Scouting Force, Targhon Skrake, marking the first diplomatic visit between the Kingdom of Akaria and the Kingdom of Tietero.
