In 65 PC, King Prebache XV was found starving and collapsed on the eastern shore of Prefichi amidst Utlian mor-crabs, candles, and Azztanist literature. He was later taken to Wefiche State Hospital. Authorities later referred to this incident as "Prebache XV attempting to gain the light of Azzta".
