Biography
Early life
Mokopt Arka was born into poverty in Okenate.
In late 4 PC, Living King, Harakar Oken agreed to send 40,000 Akarians to Haute eee to try and resolve the 3rd Hautean Agricultural Crisis. Many of Oksken's lower-class, including Mokopt and much of her family were hired for this purpose. They arrived at Haute eee on 14-9 4 PC.
