Kalam

Kalam, officially the Kalami Nation, is a sovereign state located in the upper hemisphere of the [archipelago]. It's government adopts a hereditary oligarchy system known as the Council of Elders. It is divided in seven cities, each one corresponding to one of it's islands. Kalam does not have a capital, though it is notable to say the island of Hikuen is widely regarded as it's most important city due to it being the home of the Council of Elders and main economic hotspot, despite not being the most widely inhabited island.
