Skinless Legions

The Skinless Legions are the title given to the organized crime groups of Ronatana and the surrounding waters which joined into the Qoeul-bo Hrnad, as well as pre-existing internal division within the Hrnad and later organizations which have since folded into it. The title derives from the skinless appareance of the Tun'ilhameng, who made up the majority of such groups at the time of the founding of the Second Qoeul-bo Hrnad. High ranking members of the Qoeul-bo Hrnad are refered to, since the second founding, as Khans of Skinless Legions, however these titles do not denote always denote the heading of a specific legion, as the legions are not formal entities inasmuch as an overall nebulous concept.
