In 65 PC, King Prebache XV was found starving and collapsed on the eastern shore of Prefichi amidst Utlian mor crabs, candles, and Azztanist literature. He was later taken to Wefiche State Hospital. Authorities later referred to this incident as "Prebache XV attempting to gain the light of Azzta".
