Ire Liamia is the third Ayem of Utlia and former Upper Cabinet economic advisor. Ire is the youngest person to gain the title of Ayem in Utlia and the first to be democratically elected. He first gained prominence in Utlian politics for being a Descendant of Wynlid Liamia, the founder of Utlia. He is also a member of COUR.
Biography
Ire Liamia was born on 2-3 8 TT in Tinlea-Ut, an only child, his father was final king of Utlia Ywylin Liamia. From a young age he displayed an interest in politics that was encouraged by his mother. He received a degree in urban planning from the University of Tinlea and began working as a city planner in the Liamia Domaine Building. after the RGOU revolution Ire ran for governor of The Capital Region and won, he then became close with the Ayem and secured a position in the Upper Cabinet as Economic Advisor.
On 5-8 23 PC he announced his run for Ayem in the 24 PC election.
In 24 PC he was taken hostage by Artak Arkara, before Arkara was ousted from his position.
on 23-2 24 PC Ire announced the building of a Protectionary in Tinlea-Ut to house and conserve symbolic, important and endangered animals native to Utlia.
In 25 PC Ire promoted UC member for foreign affairs Swyl Shote and member of powerful Shote family to Lr. Ayem.
Political banishment
In the leadup to the 32 PC Federal Election Swyl Shote and Sern Bes agreed to form a coalition between Utlia's 2 largest parties, the UBP and UAG. Ire became enraged at Swyl, getting into a verbal and then physical fight in reaction to Swyl doing large political action under his nose. This lead to Ire being ousted from the UBP and forced to become an independent, which means he could no longer hold office without becoming a member of a non coalition party.
Political Positions
Ire is the first member of the defunct UBP and upholds many of its positions. He supports funding cities for things such as infrastructure, police capability and healthcare.
Merriyem issues
Ire is considered to be supportive of the Merriyem cause, fully supporting their religious freedom in his campaigning in Mountange
Personal life
Ire Liamia got married to Ciblen Mernyte in 44 PC, the two live in Tinlea-Ut. They had a child, Cekyet Liamia, on Nuriit 12 50 PC.
He is the largest benefactor to the Utlian National Conservation Park, donating large amounts each year to the organization and having multiple Urla in the Tinlea-Ut zoo named after him.
He has a pet Three-horned frog named Cemry.
